SIGN IT lets you sign PDF, TXT, PNG, and JPG documents directly in your browser. Draw a signature or initials, place marks on the page, add a date if needed, and download a new signed copy without printing, scanning, or uploading private paperwork.
The Panels
Signature
Draw your full signature or initials with a mouse, finger, or stylus. Free users can sign during the current session. Cygnus Connect users can save one signature and one initials set locally.
Document Preview
Open PDF, TXT, PNG, JPG, or JPEG files and preview the document visually before placing a mark. TXT files are converted into a signing page so they can be marked like a document.
Placement
Tap or click the document, then use the sliders to adjust horizontal position, vertical position, and size. Use Place Mark to lock each signature or initial onto the page.
Download
Download a new signed copy using the WebToolChest file naming system. The original uploaded file is not modified.
Cygnus Connect
Cygnus Connect — Saved signature and initials require Cygnus Connect. Free users can still draw and sign during the current session without a key.
Tips
Use Full Sig for signature lines and Initials for small approval boxes or multi-initial forms.
After tapping the page, adjust the sliders while watching the preview, then click Place Mark when it looks right.
You can place multiple marks on the same page before downloading the signed copy.
