1. Who We Are

WebToolChest.com is owned and operated by Whitcomb Solutions, founded by Steven Whitcomb. All tools, code, interfaces, and related content on this site are proprietary products of Whitcomb Solutions.

2. Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the tools on WebToolChest.com for personal or commercial web development purposes, subject to these terms.

• You may use tool outputs (generated code, files, data) freely in your own projects.
• You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute the tools themselves.
• You may not use these tools to build a competing product or service.
• You may not use automated scripts or bots to access or scrape these tools without written permission.

3. Intellectual Property

All source code, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, design, branding, icons, and the Cygnus Engine are the exclusive intellectual property of Whitcomb Solutions.

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from any tool is strictly prohibited.
• Copying, rehosting, or reselling any tool — in whole or in part — is prohibited.
• The WebToolChest name, logo, and Cygnus Engine name are proprietary marks of Whitcomb Solutions.

Violations may result in a DMCA takedown notice and/or legal action.

4. Pro License & Activation Keys

Pro access is unlocked via a one-time purchase of an activation key. By purchasing and using a Pro key:

• Your key is non-transferable and licensed to you individually.
• You may not share, sell, or distribute your key to others.
• Keys unlock Pro features across all tools in the purchased set for the lifetime of that set.
• Whitcomb Solutions reserves the right to revoke a key if it is found to be shared or abused.
• All sales are final. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Whitcomb Solutions.

5. Privacy & Data

All WebToolChest tools run entirely in your browser. No files, inputs, or outputs are transmitted to any server. No account is required to use any tool.

• The Cygnus Engine stores your profile data locally in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device.
• No personal data is collected, stored, or sold by Whitcomb Solutions through the use of these tools.
• Standard analytics (page views, session counts) may be collected via third-party services to improve the site. No personally identifiable information is captured.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

All tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Whitcomb Solutions does not warrant that tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, or produce results suitable for any specific use. Tool outputs are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional SEO, legal, technical, or financial advice.

7. Limitation of Liability
